Terms and conditions governing use of VPC Platform services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VPC Platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
2. Description of Services
VPC Platform provides verified presence and identity verification services for compliance-critical meetings and examinations. Services include identity verification, continuous presence monitoring, and generation of cryptographically signed audit reports.
3. User Responsibilities
Users of VPC Platform agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of account credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Obtain appropriate consent from participants as required by law
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or verification systems
- Not use the platform to conduct fraudulent examinations or meetings
4. Intellectual Property
The VPC Platform, including all software, documentation, and content, is the property of VPC Platform and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
VPC Platform provides presence verification data and decision support tools. All final decisions regarding compliance, exam validity, or participant conduct remain the responsibility of the customer organization. VPC Platform is not liable for decisions made based on platform data.
6. Service Level Agreement
Service level commitments, including uptime guarantees and support response times, are defined in the applicable customer agreement. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLA terms.
7. Modifications
VPC Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
