- Identity verification data (processed in real-time, not stored)
- Session presence data (aggregated into audit reports)

Information collected is used exclusively for:
- Providing verified presence and identity verification services
- Generating audit reports for compliance purposes
- Maintaining platform security and integrity
- Supporting customer service requests
We do not sell personal information. We do not use data for advertising. We do not share data with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal requirements.
3. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law:
- Audit reports: 7 years (configurable by organization)
- Session recordings: 90 days (configurable)
- Identity verification data: Deleted immediately after verification
- System logs: 1 year
